Dear Steve,
I am not one
to write letters, unless it is work related, or to complain. This is
probably the first time I have written any letter of commendation in
terms of a “job well done”.
When Terry and I visited your factory in June of this past year, we
quickly felt comfortable in dealing with you and your company. There
was no “hard sell”, no pressure, just an honest answer to all the
questions asked. We were fortunate to view a unit in the midst of
production as it gave us a detailed insight into the construction
process as well as some design ideas. Your insight into the park
model business regarding upgrades and design suggestions were well
appreciated and made our builder selection that much easier.
A couple of things that need special mention:
• Your
communication with the construction/setup company made that process
easy.
• Your weekly photo updates kept us informed, excited, and gave us
an education of park model home construction.
• You delivered the unit when promised, and informed us of some
small delays promptly.
• The workmanship and attention to detail of the unit left us
knowing we made the right choice.
• The minor issues that were a result of the haul to our property
were resolved quickly.
I would not hesitate to recommend LiL’ Lodges to any perspective customer. As you know, we visited two other competitors after leaving your factory. Terry did not want to go as she felt confident that LiL’ Lodges was the right choice.
In closing, we love our “LiL’ Lodge”, and with good health hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!

In this current race of life, we seldom take time to give praise and positive feedback. However, working with you was such a wonderful experience I will take time to send this official THANK YOU. I found the Lil' Lodges web site on line but I have never purchased such a large item without first viewing it in person. Needless to say my spouse and I were a bit nervous in the beginning, but you were able to quickly put those fears and concerns in the closet ( and shut the door) by responding to our every request in such a timely and efficient manner. We felt you went over and beyond our request in making our cabin special for us. We were able to get numerous free upgrades,change our doors,cabinets,and even change the delivery date and always felt that your goal was to please your customer, no matter what we we asking! I think one of the best parts of the experience was the email interaction I shared with you. The pictures were so helpful in putting our mind at ease and letting us "see the cabin". I have already given out the Lil" Lodges web link address and our cabin was only delivered 3 days ago, that speaks for itself. I expect to be asked many times for the contact information and hope you don't mind that I will give you as a personal contact. You are an awesome salesperson who thrives to meet his customers needs. We loved the cabin and look forward to a long relationship with it at our lake property. I plan to send you photos after it is settled in since you are now a part of our extended internet family. and always ready to work with us, no matter what the problem. You
gave us the needed tips to design the home the way we wanted it. If
everyone who has complimented us on our home were to buy one from
you, you’d be busy for the next ten years! Yes, we do receive lots
of praises for the basic construction and especially the insulation.
Everyone thinks we have air conditioning and we tell them its so
well insulated that we don’t need A/C. Even when it is 20 degrees
outside in the winter, we are comfortable inside and are pleased
with our heating bills.
